Easter and Easter Monday at Villa Gervasio

Spring has arrived and Villa Gervasio offers, for Easter lunch and Easter Monday, the ideal alternative for those who stay in the city and want to spend the holidays in the open air with family or friends.

Suspended between the sea and the hill overlooking the Phlegraean Fields, here the view encloses in a single perspective the Gulf of Pozzuoli, Naples, with the famous profile of Vesuvius, Bacoli, with the Aragonese Castle of Baia and the Casina Vanvitelliana. It is the Land of Myth, the place that has opened its arms to the Greeks, the Romans, the great poets of the past, the travelers of the Grand Tour and contemporary tourists. The ideal place to escape the chaos of the city and take refuge in an oasis of peace and good food.

Sunday 21 and Monday 22 April, at Villa Gervasio, will be a real celebration of taste and flavors.

The proposed menu, prepared by chef Gianni Iaquaniello, will be served in the Sala Bellavista and stands out for its continuous research and careful selection of ingredients: genuine products and traditional recipes will make you feel at home, but with a truly surprising panorama.

There are two menus, sea and land. For starters, a selection of Easter appetizers will be served in both proposals. Afterwards, spring octopus, lemon squid, orange and Genoese marinated swordfish or first bruschettina with capocollo, casertano piglet in pancetta and lamb crust with Neapolitan salad. We will continue with the first tasting trofie with cuttlefish and sea urchin and seafood risotto for the sea menu, casarecce with cheese fondue and cream of broad beans and risotto with pumpkin and strips of meat for those who prefer the land menu.

It will then be the turn of the second course with grilled swordfish and prawns with vegetable garden salad or braised meat with baked potatoes.

This will lead to dessert, with a dessert chosen between tiramisu and pastiera.

For the little ones, instead, there is a complete menu with appetizer (ham and mozzarella), lasagna, chicken meatballs with fries, chocolate flan.

The total cost is 55 euros per person for adults and 30 euros for children, drinks included.
